So far we havent had any issues with loot! No inner fighting, no biting and Im super happy with how it is all coming together! So this is what I have so far... Id love some feed back! Got some ideas to expand? Got a complaint about my ideas? Talk to me! So far our Haven Loot "rules": A. Need before greed Always. B. Largest upgrade for a player before a small upgrade or a side grade. C. Offset gear before a shard. D. Rolls decide in the end who gets what once the rest is established. E. No fighting, no biting, No QQ! 30 minute invite window for raids; requires some patience on everyone's part! Not on, your slot will be filled by someone else... No QQ! Its your own fault! Raid leads are done by who has the experience, who orchestrates pulling us together and has shown the ability to lead without getting fussy/angry/irritated. (smile) OK, so its not an exact science, and alot of us pull together to fill one role... But thus far it has worked. Where one is weak, another strong... So we pass the torch and exclude our egos from decisions. The greater good really matters in this group thus far... and that impresses me and makes me continue to pour time and dedication into the people! We may, we may not get the same folks to come week after week for large raids that require knowledge, chemistry and experience... This will be a MAJOR obstacle for all of us to overcome! But at the same time; as long as the same groups continue to run together, instances, farming, heroics, etc... the chemistry and report will be there! Sooo, Im hoping that will allow us all to bond and work well together! So far, so good! Gimme some feedback peeps!
